I am an experienced men’s behaviour change program facilitator and I have incorporated this knowledge in my psychological practice to support men individually to engage in healthy, safe, respectful relationships. This includes identifying and addressing contributing factors including substance use, mental health complexities and childhood trauma. My work is rooted in an evidence-based approach, with safety at the forefront
I also have worked with victims/survivors, supporting their healing and empowerment.
I have a passion for educating and empowering practitioners and bystanders on important social justice issues, including domestic and family violence prevention through dynamic, interactive capability building programs.
I acknowledge the Kombumerri Saltwater people of the Yugumbeh language group as the traditional custodians of the land on which I live and work. I acknowledge the Aboriginal peoples who cared for this land for thousands of years before colonisation, and pay respect to their elders, past, present and future. I acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded and this was and always will be Aboriginal land.
